Toptours DMC (“Toptours”) offers a variety of tours, packages, acommodation for individuals and groups through its website (adria4u.com). 

Because our Terms & Conditions contain legal obligations, we encourage you to read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Toptours. The purchase of any travel services offered by Toptours constitutes a contractual arrangement between the person making the booking and Toptours, and represents acceptance of Toptours Terms & Conditions described here. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

How to make your reservation:

All accomodation and tours listed on the web Adria4u are „on request“ basis.

If You find accommodation interesting to you, simply choose the dates you wish to book, leave your name, phone and e mail address, leave a short message if you wish to find out something particular about accommodation that is not listed in description. If it is possible send ous Your companions full name and surname, and for children the date of birth so we could calculate all child discounts when sending you our offer for reservation. Than just press „SEND REQUEST“ button. We will answer your within 24 – 48 hours.

If You wish to book a tour, excursion or a city brake, after selecting Your tour, simply click on SEND REQUEST button, and fill in the booking form, with as much details as possible. Please make your reservations as early as possible since many of our tours are completely filled 4 to 6 months before departure.Than just press „SEND REQUEST“ button. We will answer your within 24 – 48 hours.

After You recieve our response, that accommodation or requested tour is available for requested dates, You will also recieve our booking confirmation with all payment details.

To complete the reservation we will need your full name and surname (written on you ID card) and date and place of birth for all non EU citizens


All bookings made through website adria4u.com, require a full payment before clients arrival to consume the reserved package or accommodation


Deposit: Once you are confirmed the availability of accommodation or a tour of your interest, we will send you a request for deposit. The deposit can be done in two ways: money transfer order to our bank account or payment by credit card. If you decide for credit card payment option, we will send you link to our account to make the secure on line payment.

The amount of deposit differs depending on the date of your booking, but is usually 30% of the total amount for all reservations that are made more than 35 days before arrival.

Final Payment: Upon receiving the deposit, you will be sent a confirmation of your booking. 35 days before your arrival we will send you a request for final payment. Final payment is preferred by money transfer order to our bank account, but can also be made by credit card.

If reservations are made less than 35 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, we may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee – please read carefully


As Group reservation will be considered all bookings that include 15+ people on single reservation. Deposit of 10%, of the total package price should reach Toptours 65 days prior to arrival to ensure your booking. Toptours will send a proforma invoice for groups for full payment 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment (less deposit) for groups shall reach Toptours at least 35 days prior to arrival of clients or upon confirmation of booking if done within 35 days before arrival. In case of further delay on payments, we reserve the right to treat the booking as a cancellation and withdraw its confirmation of services.

For large group bookings of more than 50 rooms, we can require a 10% deposit for the accommodation which is nonrefundable if the group is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival.


For all credit card payments, we use T-Com Pay Way secure on line payment platform. T-Com Pay Way applies state-of-the-art data protection standards - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the credit card authorization centres is carried out in a private network, which is protected from the unauthorized access with a double layer of firewalls.

Please not that for amount greater than 1.000 € we charge 1,5% transaction fee when paying with credit card.

All payments by credit card will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.


All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current purchasing prices in Croatia.

Price quoted on our web site are per person based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email.

Toptours reserves the right to increase prices already quoted or published on our website without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are beyond Toptours`s control.

After the invoice has been issued the price is guaranteed against any surcharge, unless an increase is due to government laws or currency changes. Toptours will absorb an amount equivalent to 5% of the package price. Amounts that exceed the 5% will be charged and clients will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%.

Toptours is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates.

Toptours reserves the right to correct wrong pricing, in case a booking is made on a package/tour that holds a wrong price within the booking system. In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible and notified about the correction. Should you need to pay additional fee, you will have the option of doing so. However, if you choose to cancel your booking, you will get a full refund. You will be refunded in the same currency as your purchase was made. No compensation will be paid and Toptours shall have no further liability to you.

Toptours reserves the right to alter the prices of any of the day tours, packages, holidays and other services shown in our website adria4u.com. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your booking after it has been confirmed. However, occasionally, changes do occur. Most are minor and you will be informed as soon as possible if there is time before your departure. Should you need to pay additional fee, you will have the option of doing so. However, if you choose to cancel your booking, you will get a full refund. You will be refunded in the same currency as your purchase was made. No compensation will be paid and Toptours shall have no further liability to you.

If a package or tour is cancelled due to situations beyond our control or minimum numbers not being reached we will refund the money you have paid. No compensation will be paid and Toptours shall have no further liability to you.


A preliminary rooming list must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to the client’s arrival, and a final rooming list at least 4 weeks prior to client’s arrival.


All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by Toptours.

If your cancellation in writing is received, more than 65 days prior to departure, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED. For cancellations or changes thereafter, the following cancelation fees will apply:

Time of cancellation (Individuals)

  • More than 35 days prior to arrival  - none
  • 35 - 21 days before arrival  -  25%
  • 21 - 14 days before arrival  -  50%
  • 14 - 7 days before arrival  -  75%
  • Less than 7 days and non show -  100%

Time of cancellation (Groups (15+ )):

  • For large groups (=50 rooms) more than 6 months 10% (of accommodation)
  • More than 65 days prior to arrival  -  none
  • 65 - 35 days before arrival  -  25%
  • 35 - 14 days before arrival  -  50%
  • 14 - 7 days before arrival  -  80%
  • Less than 7 days and non show -  100%

If a service which has unconditionally been confirmed is cancelled by Toptours, for example due to insufficient participation, cancellations must be made with at least 2 weeks´ notice on Toptours behalf. Toptours shall make every effort to provide similar alternative arrangements without additional cost to the buyer. Should those alternatives not be to the buyer’s satisfaction, a full refund shall be made to the amount paid.

Please note that cancellation of one or more passengers within a group may cause a price increase for the group or a cancellation fee according to above rules for those cancelled passengers.

Cancellation terms may be stricter than stated above when dealing with conferences and large groups.


Escorted Tours, Day Tours  Infants 0-1 year are free of charge. Children 2-11 years sharing a room and/or traveling with a guardian will receive 50% discount from the listed price, valid when one child shares a double room with 2 adults.

Self-drive packages Infants 0-1 years are free of charge. Children 2-11 years: Special children rate applies to all packages if sharing a room with a parents (2 adults). Rate according to price list.

Accommodation general conditions Children 0-5 years: Accommodation and breakfast free of charge, if sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 6-11 years: Charge for children’s extra bed according to price list. Please note that the room should be booked for 2 adults and 1 child, you book a double room plus extra bed.


Toptours disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules caused by weather, strikes or any other irregularity outside Toptours`s control. Toptours reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights (domestic and international), the passenger has to pay any additional cost caused by this, at the time the service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers etc.).


We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. Toptours cannot accept responsibility for any cost for you or any of your travel party that may incur as a result of failing to take out insurance cover. Please read your policy and take it with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is water sports, riding tours, snow scooter tours and winter sports whilst on holiday it is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the relevant insurance cover.


If you do not supply the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information, the issue of your tickets may be delayed and the overall cost may increase. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if payment is declined or if you have supplied incorrect credit card information. We also reserve the right to do random checks (including the electoral roll) in order to minimize credit card fraud. As a result of this, before issuing vouchers we may require you to provide us with a fax or postal copy of proof of address, a copy of your credit card and a recent statement.


Croatia is a part of the European Union but not the Schengen agreement. For details on general visa, passport requirements and health information view the official website for Croatian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, www.mvep.hr/en/

It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure, including a passport valid at least three months after return travel date. We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry contact documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly. In the event we are asked to reissue tickets that have been lost, destroyed or stolen and we agree to do so, any charges incurred as a result of this will be payable by you.

Passengers suffering from any known or suspected medical condition, or women more than 28 weeks pregnant, must notify us at least 30 days before departure. They must also produce a medical certificate confirming fitness to travel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if relevant certificates are not produced and we will not be liable for any operator’s refusal to carry any person who has not notified us of their condition.


If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. hotel) or tour leader immediately so that they can endeavor to put things right. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, your complaint must reach Toptours within 8 days from departure from Croatia. Otherwise possible compensation is not valid.
