Payment information

Deposit: Once you are confirmed the availability of accommodation or a tour of your interest, we will send you a request for deposit payment. The deposit payment can be done in two ways: bank transfer order to our bank account or payment by credit card. If you decide for credit card payment option, we will send you link to our secure online payment account (T COM PAY WAY) to make the payment.

The amount of deposit differs depending on the date of your booking, but is usually 30% of the total amount for all reservations that are made more than 30 days before arrival.

Upon receiving the deposit, we will send a confirmation of your booking.

Final Payment:  30 days before your arrival we will send you a request for final payment. Final payment is preferred by bank transfer order to our bank account.

If reservations are made less than 30 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, we may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee – please read carefully our booking terms and conditions.


Booking is considered to be finalized upon recipient of confirmation from Adria4U by Toptours DMC.

You MUST provide us with passport details and ensure you have valid travel documents (passport obligatory and visa if required). All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Requirements may change, and you must check the up-to-date position in good time before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We regret we cannot accept liability if you are refused entry on to any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.


Pricing: Price quoted is per person based on double occupancy. The Operator reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, imposed fuel surcharges, taxes, charges and levies imposed by any third party including government and its agencies. Should these change the price of your tour by more than 10% you may cancel without penalty within 7 days after we notify you of the increase.

Refund claims: Any complaint about your tour or accommodation should be made immediately on the spot to the tour director or accommodation owner

All refund claims must be submitted to Adria4U by Toptours DMC in writing within up to 8 days after your vacation.

T COM PAY WAY - Credit card payments

T-Com Pay Way applies state-of-the-art data protection standards - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the credit card authorization centers is carried out on a private network, which is protected from the unauthorized access to a double layer of firewalls.

HT Pay Way is a certified partner for the highest category of PCI DSS security standards. Certificate Level 1 for the Payment Gateway / Switch Service.

All prices expressed on the website are expressed in EUR. 

Please note that for an amount greater than €1.000 we charge 1,5% transaction fee when paying with credit card.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
